What I saw at Yale University Art Gallery?

 The Yale University Art Gallery has 4 floor. 



  • On the first floor, I saw people sitting and talking quietly because it was a museum, no one should disturb each other. I saw a lot of old things which were from different countries. 


 This picture reminds me of my country because we have so many things like this, all made by hand. And I made some of them like glass and bowl in mud. When I was a kid, we kids didn't have tablets, phones or TVs to watch cartoons and play games, so we played with mud and made things.


  • On the second floor, there were many small statues of people from the past and I saw a statue that the people of India worshiped. 


  • One the third floor, I saw gorgeous dishes with all kinds of different designs. It was just amazing. I am very proud of those who made such beautiful things.


  • On the fourth floor, There was James E. Duffy Gallery. I saw nice arts. Arts of people, art's of trains, Arts of old towns which was so good I just love it. 


  

There are many mountains and highways in my country, so this picture of the train reminds me of my city. I thought deeply when I saw this picture.

Chapter 2 The relationship between Mom and Daughter. A good relationship between mother and daughter is something which is really expensive and everyone do not have it. Jeanette's parents did not take care of her. Mom let her 3 years old daughter to cook by herself and kept her hungry instead she was enjoying, singing and painting in the other room. Observatory and Planetarium of Yale

  The Yale University Observatory, also known as the Leitner Family Observatory and Planetarium, is an astronomical observatory owned and operated by Yale University, and maintained for student use.  Yale's first observatory, the Athenium, was founded in 1830, situated in a tower. From 1830 it housed Yale's first refractor, a 5-inch (130 mm) Dollond donated by Sheldon Clark. It was the largest in the United States at the time. With this telescope Olmsted and Elias Loomis made the first American sighting of the return of Halley’s Comet on 31 August 1835. (It had been seen in Europe on 6 August, but no news of this had reached the United States.) The telescope was mounted on casters and moved from window to window, but it could not reach altitudes much over 30 deg above the horizon. Sterling Law Building of Yale University

 The Sterling Law Building     The sterling law building at Yale university was built in 1929. The main entrance of the Sterling Law Building with the date of construction etched into the stone. The Gothic Arches of Yale   If you look closely at the gothic arches of Yale Law School, you will find many figures symbolic of the justice system. There are a police officer apprehending a suspect, a convict in stripes, and there is a judge sentencing a criminal. The Architect James Gamble Roger Architect James Gamble Rogers chose five symbolic stone figures to portray some of the participants of the legal process. A bulldog as a lawyer is one of these figures, located high atop the gable ends of the auditorium near the corner of High and Grove Street.
